I only dry knits for about 15 minutes in with other things and then hang to complete drying. With that, I have no shrinkage and the wrinkles are gone. Thats all I know.

I had no issues with putting it in the dryer. I was hoping to shrink mine because it's a bit large, but it did not shrink in the dryer.
