My sister lost her hair due to chemotherapy treatments. Will the headbands cover her whole head?

Yes, the original Buff will cover the whole head although the Buff headbands will not. There are instructions included on the ways to wear it - including a beanie like cap. Plus Buffs are light, cool, and can be worn in multiple ways - and used when she gets her hair back too!

Yes, the Original Buff can cover the whole head. Also the cardboard that the Buff comes on, on the back it shows many ways to wear it which can be very helpful... Hope this helps answer your question. :)

Yes, it could w/ fabric to spare even. I believe the original buffs are 20" long. I actually thought it would be ideal for a gal w/ hair loss.

Yes. The original buff is a fairly long tube. It can cover the whole head and be folded under itself to close the tube in the back.

This top has a boat neckline, which provides more space than you might see in the picture. It stretches and recovers nicely, providing ample neck space and an easy-care but polished look. If I needed another color, I'd definitely purchase another.

BEST ANSWER: No, this is one piece of material similar to a tube; no beginning, no end. The material stretches and fits well over your head. You can fold the 'tube' to make the band as wide as you'd like. Once you get one, you'll be back for more; they are that good. Do a Google search on how to wear a Buff bandana to see the various ways you can wear them.

No elastic, but the material has "give" to it. The package indicates that the material is "100% microfiber polyester. These "tubes" are multi-functional. I own three of them. I hope this is helpful.

They're a "tube" of fabric that you can fold out for a wide head covering or roll for a more narrow one. There is no elastic - it's just stretch fabric.

Same as above. No elastic. Two widths - narrow is more like a headband, wider will cover your whole head if you fold it that way. Check out the video.

I use mine for a neck warmer (gator) or as a decorative scarf. I also use them to cover my head since I am growing my hair out from chemo therapy. I use one under a helmet when riding a motorcycle to absorb sweat on hot days and to keep the dust off my head when I ride a four wheeler.
