Active Wear Pants as they are baggy
These pants fit me around the waist and are long enough, but they have a tendency towards bagginess. And they are obviously meant for active wear. I was not looking for or expecting "skinny" legs, but I wanted something comfortable for travel that was not confining, but not so "clown pants legs." The material is very nice and I like the deep pockets. The package instructs you to wash the pants before wearing in cold water. Since they seemed so loose in the legs I decided to wash normally on "warm" and dry for a bit on "low." I then took them out for a bit and they were slightly wrinkled. I did a final dry on "high" and most of the wrinkles came out, but I ironed them anyway. They did not shrink in width or length. I ordered the size Small and for comparison purposes when trying to fit them, I am 5'7" and weigh 120 lbs. The size fits fine at the waist. I do have quite muscular legs, so "skinny jeans" are like leggings on me, but these pants could be a bit less baggy, in my opinion. But they are comfortable.

The Gramiccis are NOT what they used to be.
I have been wearing Gramiccis for years and the quality has taken a nose dive. The same size will now vastly vary in length and width. So I order three of the same size in order to find one that fits properly. That means I have to pay to have the others that don't fit properly returned. The stitching is now substandard. I recently ordered three of the same size in stone. Of the three, two fit though the length was too long in both. I washed them and dropped them off to be hemmed. I picked them up from the seamstress today and noticed one pair had two lines going up along the existing side seam. It was obvious a seam had been ripped out and re sewn and in doing so had damaged threads up almost the entire leg length. I then inspected the seams of the second pair and noticed the stitching was not acceptable. There were several places where the tension thread had not looped over the top thread leaving several open gaps in the seam. A seam in this condition will not hold.
I called customer service and spoke to an excellent service representative, David. He is sending me a return label. I am going to return both pairs and I will also, again order three pair in order to ensure I get one that fits and I will probably have to again, have the pants hemmed. Then I will have to pay the $9.99 to return the extra that I do not keep. If it weren't for David I would never purchase from Sahalie again.
Please do some serious quality control on your Gramicci pants. I believe Sahalie represents great products but not cheap. They, in the past, have been excellent quality and I hope this problem is resolved fast. If I get anything like the 2 pair I am returning, you will lose a 'use to be' loyal customer. And I will dearly miss the fabulous Gramiccis I use to buy from you..

best gramicci pant in years
Have worn Gramicci pants for years - many sizes, models, and fabrics. This is the best ever. Good fit, wonderful fabric. I do wish Gramicci still made corduroy cargos.

I wish Gramicci would bring back their cotton twill capri G pants and the flannel-lined G pants.
