National Geographic Buff Bandana
Where have these been all my life?
I have long straight hair that is a bear to keep under control while working out, gardening, really any activity. All the Buffs are great- I have the original, half and headband. The fact they offer UV protection is a great feature as well
They are pricey for what they are but honestly, to tame my hair and keep it off my face with such pretty headwear- to me they are worth the price. Buffs are offered by several vendors and Sahalie has very good prices and a nice selection.
I am back for more- they are like potato chips- it is hard to stop wanting another!

Read My Secret...
Being a self proclaimed Gym Rat and A Fashionable Gal,- I love the Buff Bandanas! They are colorful, fun and keep hair & sweat away from my eyes- all good. BUT they are WAY TOO EXPENSIVE for a little piece of unfinished stretchy tube material!! Plus, they are too thick...SO... having the ends unfinished anyhow, I simply cut each one in half- making it into 2 thinner, more comfortable headbands- getting double for my money!
That way I can justify the price, and have plenty of pretty, fun headbands.
Ya... pretty smart.

I use Buffs all the time, they are perfect for a light hat, great for something to wear when camping and I also use them as a neck gaiter when rising my motorcycle, overall I think they are great which may explain why I have more than a few in addition to this one.

This was a Christmas gift for my husband. He loves it! I didn't realize that it basically was "t-shirt" fabric, but it has been perfect for him! He loves the whales even though one doesn't know it is a whale printed fabric - he does! I will probably also want to purchase a "wool-type" one as well for "foul-er" weather.

polyester is not as good as cotton/rayon/spandex
The idea of buffs is good. Especially seamless. But polyester or acrylic are my last choices in fabrics to touch my skin. Please offer some in more attractive patterns with fabric blends like nylon/lycra or cotton/silk/spandex or rayon/cotton/elastane.

Goes with everything from Sahalie
When I first looked at Sahalie's buff bandanas, they looked kind of "hippy" to me and made me smile. But they are a nice looking accent for sportswear - gives the outfit some zip or ties it all together giving you more liberty to mix and match different pieces. As a garment, it's versatile and the print does look "cool". Not just a fashion accessory so that's why it's a little more expensive than your average bandana or scarf. Plan to buy more of these for summer use too.
